By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
Pest control (rabbit, squirrel, bird), deer and wildlife management, and land survey services (optical drone and handheld thermal imaging) across Essex and surrounding counties.

2. Assessments and quotes
Free on-site assessment within 20 miles of our Essex base. Outside this range, contact us to discuss options, which may include a call-out charge. Pricing is POA following assessment, based on land size, species, and access. No work begins until a quote is agreed.

3. Payment terms

• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking, with the balance due on completion of work.

• Accepted payment method: bank transfer.

• Late payment beyond agreed terms may incur a reasonable administration charge and/or affect eligibility for future free assessments.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue; we reserve the right to requote if work is delayed significantly beyond this.

4. Client responsibilities
Accurate information about the site, including access, hazards, livestock, and known restrictions (e.g. public footpaths, protected land). Inform us of any changes to site conditions between assessment and scheduled work.

5. Our conduct and compliance
Work carried out by vetted, LANTRA-approved, insured operatives, following a formal risk assessment prior to every job. Essex Police notified in advance of scheduled airgun work in areas with public visibility. All equipment used strictly within current UK law and certification limits (sub-FAC air rifles; no FAC-required firearms currently used).

6. Safety and exclusion zones
During active operations, clients must ensure people, pets, and livestock remain clear of the designated safe zone as directed by our operative, for the duration of the work.

7. Results
While we take every reasonable measure to achieve effective results, pest and wildlife control cannot guarantee complete or permanent elimination, as this depends on factors including surrounding land, weather, and reinfestation from neighbouring areas.

8. Drone surveys
Conducted under a valid CAA A2 Certificate of Competency, in accordance with UK Air Navigation Order regulations. See Privacy Policy for imagery handling.

9. Cancellations
As much notice as possible is appreciated for cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations may affect future free-assessment eligibility.

10. Liability
Every job is preceded by a formal risk assessment to minimise risk. Primordial Services Ltd carries appropriate insurance for the work undertaken; details available on request.

11. Use of imagery for marketing
With the client's permission, we may use anonymised photographs or footage from completed work for marketing purposes. We will not publish identifiable client details or exact property locations without separate consent.

12. Website use
Content is for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or complete at all times.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
